Hotkeys

Push-to-talk, hands-free dictation, cancel, rewrite and Command Mode.

Defaults: hold Right Option to dictate, Control-Option-D for hands-free, Escape to cancel, Control-Option-R to rewrite a selection and Control-Option-C for Command Mode. Every assignment is configurable. Blatero warns about conflicts and automatically restores a disabled event tap.
